Features:

Automatic hydraulic crimping of all 4 corners in one operation.

The crimping heads can be positioned exactly by a 3-axis control (both vertical axis are

working synchronously)

Depth of each crimping head is individually adjustable.

Vertical configuration of the machinery facilities enormously the handling of the

pre-assembled and completely crimped elements.

The imported controlling CNC system with high quality ensures the speed and accuracy.

With servo system to monitor the crimping strength, realizing four corner automatic crimping to ensure the precision.

Ball screw ensure moving precision.

Crimping Knife is adjusted front/back, left/right direction to meet for different size of profile.
